Equipment installation and commissioning
★Place the main cylinder on the level ground and keep a certain distance from the wall.It is convenient to install the peripheral pipes.There are labels on the pipes.They are different from the specifications of the dyeing cylinder labels.Please pay attention when installing.
★The electric cabinet is placed on the right side of the machine for easy operation.
★Wire connection:temperature measurement,master cylinder level,tank level,door switch,drum switch,speed switch,paddle door anti-collision proximity switch,stirring motor,feed pump motor,paddle motor,wire harness The tube is worn and fixed.The electrical cabinet shell and cylinder are reliably grounded.
★The heating valve and the cooling inlet valve are directional and cannot be reversed to see if the orientation of the valve head is consistent with the schematic.
★When the air pipe is connected,pay attention to the electromagnetic corresponding to the valve.Do not touch the high-temperature parts of the machine after the air pipe is installed,so as to avoid hot air leakage.
★After all the pipes,wires and air pipes are installed,the power is tested and the direction of the various motors is correct.Is the valve and the electric cabinet sign indicating the same?Is the cylinder switch and the door switch wiring correct?The tank level is adjusted,can the master cylinder level work properly?Pay attention to the wiring of the paddle motor and have the brake function.
★After the machine is running,open the door switch,and after the delay is reduced,press the paddle operation button to start the door stop.
★Temperature meter,computer temperature setting correction.
★Is it normal for the computer to run a process?
Control function
Warning light:Fault alarm:When the equipment is running,the pulp motor,the circulating pump motor,the feeding pump motor,the mixer motor overheating or the inverter is faulty,and the corresponding name is displayed in the computer to remind the staff to check the maintenance.Remind the alarm;call the operator to add dyes and auxiliaries during the process operation,and the process ends the alarm.The above alarms press the alarm button tostop the alarm.
Inlet water 1-2:Open the water inlet switch to start the water inlet.
When the water level reaches the set high water level,the water inlet is automatically stopped,and the switch is turned to the closed position.
Drainage:Press the drain button to start draining.When draining to low water level,the drain valve will be automatically turned off after a delay.
Circulating pump:Press the circulating pump button to start the dyeing of the cylinder through the master cylinder,filter,heaterand then to the master cylinder.
Heating-stop-cooling:When the switch is turned to the heating position,it starts to heat up to the set temperature and stops heating;when cooling,it keeps cooling until it is turned off.
Pulp Tachometer:Pulp Speed,up to 20 rpm
Pulp disk speed control (potentiometer):adjust the speed of thepaddle motor.
Forward-stop-reverse:Control the positive and negative circulationof the pulp pan during manual control.
Emergency stop:Press this button to stop operation in the event ofan emergency.
Alarm:When the device issues an alarm,the button lights up.When the button is pressed,the alarm stops.
The water in the bucket:the water inlet of the knob starts to enter the water,and stops when the water level reaches the high water level.
Mixing of the barrel:When the water level of the barrel is in the middle water,press the button to start stirring.If the water level is not enough,the stirring does not work.At this time,the water should be replenished into the tank.
Feeding:Press this button to add the liquid in the tank to the master cylinder and stop working when the liquid in the tank is zero.
Drainage of the bucket:Press this button to drain the bucket.When the water is completely drained,the drain stops working.
Open the door:Press this knob to automatically stop the operation when the cage door moves to overlap with the outer door position.
Sampling:When this button is pressed,the pulp tray starts to run at a low speed,and when the grid with the sampling door overlaps with the outer door position,it automatically stops running
