Notes

★Please inform the model of dyeing machine and the cone yarn layer quantity.A means air-pad type,and F means full filling type.

For example,DF252-145-6A:DF252 means the dyeing machine model,145 means the machine diameter is 1450mm,and 6A means it has 6 cone yarn layers.More technical specifications are presented in the table below.

★Standard spindle diameter is 48mm,Proper spindles will match the other models of machines.

★The quantity of cone yarn is caculated according to the order of cones with out diameter of 165mm and height of 152mm in the dyeing machine.The max.capacity of the dyeing machine is caculated according to the weight ofeach cone yarn of 1.2kg.If the cone yarn size and weight change,then the cone yarn quantity and max.machine capacity will change accordingly.

★This dyeing machine can have the suitable additional kier according to the customers'request,so that the dyeing process can be shorter.
